Joe Healy

Joe is a very experienced barber, he is very good at talking through what is best for you and what suits you. He is sociable and easy to talk to. I have been going to him for over a year and have always been happy with the end result. The shop is also nice and there is a welcoming atmosphere from all the other barbers as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a barber in amsterdam

All in all a great experience. Joe really took the time to show and explain the character of my hair, including it’s weak and strong points. Walked out looking the sharpest I’ve ever looked!

Joe wasn’t chatting breeze when he said beards were his specialty! I’ve had the same beard more or less since growing it out in rona lockdowns and had one attempt at cutting it short since then that somehow made me look like a slug. More my fault than the barber who tried it, we won’t name names iykyk 😉 This time Joe has somehow managed to cut it short and keep me looking fresh, and probably quite a bit younger too. Result.

My first cut with Joe after he took the reins from Dale, and safe to say he nailed it! I came in with a bit of a challenge for him with my hair in a bit of an inbetween phase which he rose to and he used his beard expertise to get me looking on point there too! Looking forward to my evolution of cuts with Joe at De Pijp Menspire!
