I am passionate about finding your aches and pains and helping you navigate through the healing process. My techniques combine the best of myofascial bodywork, neuromuscular therapy, targeted stretching and guided breathwork to help return balance your body and mind. I look forward to meeting you!

10/10. Jesse was fantastic at getting the kinks out of my neck and shoulders. I left with a range of motion in my head and neck movements that I haven’t had in a long time…knew all the major touch points in my back that released so much stored up tension. I immediately rebooked.
