If you’re looking for a highly skilled, hands-on sports massage therapist, I strongly recommend Jaime at Re+Vive. I’ve been seeing Jaime on a weekly/fortnightly basis and have noticed significant improvements in both my mobility and overall recovery. Her extensive knowledge of the body allows her to identify and treat areas of tension I didn’t even realise needed attention. As someone who puts their body through CrossFit training, regular sessions with Jaime have been invaluable in keeping me moving well, reducing aches, and preventing injuries.
