Izzy Heard

Made me feel at ease as it was my first visit, also gave some good advice for stretches. A very enjoyable experience.

This was my first time at Stretched and Izzy did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and explaining everything we were doing. Thanks for a great first experience!

Izzy is just so kind and patient. She has a lovely nature and really listens to me about my aches and pains 🤣👍

Very lovely lady. Listened well, explained what she was going to do before and during the stretches. Very friendly, and I left feeling 10 feet tall! Will definitely be back for another session with Izzy.

I haven't stretched in 3.5 years. Izzy applied just the right amount of pressure to ease me into my maximum stretch, such as it was. Only wish I wasn't leaving Edinburgh tomorrow early morning so I could book some more sessions.
