As a qualified Sports Therapist I work with injuries & rehabilitation, often incorporating my other skills as a Pilates Instructor for Neurological Conditions, Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release, Kinesiology Taping & Manual Lymphatic Drainage where appropriate. I regularly work with GB Masters athletes competing in Triathlon and Basketball, those new and returning to exercise or with specific goals.
