I did have a great experience. The staff knows what they are doing and the facilty was clean which us important for me. I was a bit late for the appointment as I couldn't find the location and they were very understanding. I did felt a but rushed during the spa pedicure appointment but an overall good experience. Definitely will book again when I'm on the island.
