I had electrolysis which is very uncomfortable no matter what (for me, at least), and Elena was very sweet and kind and calm during the entire process. She helped me find comfortable positions and tried different ways to keep me in a good state of mind the whole time. She is knowledgable, caring and professional.

ELENA is very professional with great knowledge about how to get the most out of a procedure while also making it as painless as possible. I've tried 2 other places for laser hair removal in the past and this has been the best experience.
