Had a good first visit with Courtney. I booked the 'silent treatment' on the app, which I prefer over having to phone in. Courtney checked in at the start to confirm. We chatted a bit since it was my first time, but any silence felt completely comfortable. It was a big chop, and she really listened, checking and tweaking it along the way. I didn't feel judged. A relaxing experience and I've found a salon I like
