Got all the knots out. Bit sore for a couple of days but that was to expected.

Great deep pressure on chronic pain areas and surrounding areas. Casper has heightened intuition and knowledge which helps deal with sore spots and trigger points well worth a consultation with him to move the inflammation and reduce the knots and of course hydration is required to assist your body to flush out impurities
