It was good but painful. Casey knew what he was doing, but just a bit too much pressure for me. Next time I would hope he listens a bit better when I say it really hurts.

Casey was great. Very polite and professional and ensured that I was comfortable throughout. He also explained what he was doing which was a nice touch. I had a couple of knots in my shoulders and neck, so while the massage was at times a little painful, I felt almost instant relief after he had worked on those areas and I left feeling so much better! Thanks Casey, I'll definitely be back
