I also offer Deep Tissue techniques and Trigger Point type massage for Remedial massage. I also offer Pregnancy massage, after the first trimester.

I had a great massage from Alice! Felt listened to and then properly worked out my back… and gave me further advice on ways to work with my muscles…. Definitely recommend booking in with Alice!!

Alice is fantastic at going bang me space to relax and unwind as well as helpful advice on how to support any issues I am having. Looking forward to next appointment :)
