Alex, I have woken up feeling so much lighter, like I can actually breathe for the first time in years. The session last night has shifted something in me already, I didn’t know how much I actually needed it (well actually I did, I feel I was hanging on by a thread). Just had what I think is my fifth session with Alex and honestly, every time just confirms how powerful this work is. I couldn’t recommend it more. I’ve already sent a few friends his way because the experience is genuinely like nothing else. I think reiki is the most underrated modality for healing and growth and I’ll keep recommending his services!!
