I first visited Trace Medispa about 6 years ago to explore having microfeathering for my eyebrows. Samantha was amazing, ensuring she gave me the time at my initial consultation so that I fully understood the process and I could explain what I wanted to achieve. I was delighted with my brows then, and just as pleased when I have returned each year for my colour boost. The environment is wonderfully welcoming and relaxing and Samantha is friendly, caring and professional at all times. I would not go anywhere else.

I visited Trace Medispa for a Japanese Head Spa which was a gift for my birthday. Firstly you have a scalp assessment and then the spa itself which was very relaxing. Melissa was very friendly and explained everything. A lovely treat especially if you are looking for gift ideas.

Trace Medispa is in a beautiful setting where you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in, with a really friendly reception to greet you. My Japanese head spa ‘reset ritual’ was perfect. Melissa took me through a scalp analysis and then we started the relaxing treatment, which left me feeling dreamy! Thanks so much.

Lisa is lovely. Warm and friendly and immediately put me at ease. First time having dermaplaning and she was informative and professional. My skin looks great. Recommended.

As always, Samantha made me feel 10 years younger with my brow refresh! A superb experience from start to finish. I arrived early so I could enjoy the fabulous new luxury waiting area and the wonderful array of drinks on offer. I was also really impressed by the variety of treatments and services the Medispa now offers. It truly is a one-stop destination for everything from advanced skincare and aesthetics to wellness and longevity care. I’ll be booking a Japanese Head Spa next! I highly recommend Samantha and the entire team for their expertise, warm welcome and exceptional experience.
