A visit to Empress - Ion offers a consistently neat and pain-free experience, especially appreciated by clients with sensitive scalps. The stylists excel in techniques like palm roll and style, ensuring that styles last longer than expected while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Many clients look forward to their next appointments, highlighting the excellent service and thoughtful touches, such as complimentary cold water.
