REC Studio is a space to move, create and connect. An intimate movement studio in Amsterdam dedicated to pole dance, aerial practice and creative exploration. Through small-group classes, private sessions and studio rental, REC offers a warm and personal environment where curiosity comes before pressure, movement becomes a language, and everyone is invited to explore their own way of moving.
