Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. ❤️ We're genuinely sorry that your experience wasn't as relaxing as it should have been. Even though our traditional Moroccan Hammam is a communal environment, no guest should be left feeling cold or waiting unnecessarily during their treatment. We're also disappointed to hear that conversations between therapists interrupted your massage. Your treatment should have had their full attention, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been. We'll be discussing your comments with the team to ensure treatments are better coordinated during busy periods and that our therapists remain focused on providing the relaxing experience our guests deserve. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide the wonderful experience Casa Spa is known for.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We're pleased you enjoyed your treatment, although we're sorry some aspects didn't meet your expectations. Our traditional Moroccan Hammam is naturally a communal environment, but we appreciate that you were hoping for a quieter experience. We'll remind our therapists to be mindful of noise levels. You also make a fair point about introductions. Our therapists often work together, but knowing who's looking after you is important. We'll review your comments about the treatment room temperature and steam room hygiene, as guest comfort and cleanliness are priorities for us. And what a lovely suggestion about the foot massage! A little extra pampering after a hammam sounds wonderful, and it's certainly something we'll consider. Thank you again for helping us improve. We hope to welcome you back for an even better experience.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! ❤️ We're absolutely delighted to hear that you had such a lovely experience at Casa Spa, from your initial enquiry right through to your treatments! It's especially lovely to hear that Ramy made organising your visit so easy and stress-free. We know how tricky coordinating a spa day with friends can sometimes be, so we're pleased he was able to help! We'll also be sure to pass your kind words on to Nasima and Amina, who will be thrilled to know they made your visit so special. Our team takes great pride in creating a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment where ladies can truly switch off and enjoy some well-deserved pampering. Hopefully, next time your third friend can join you too! 🥰 Thank you again for choosing Casa Spa. We look forward to welcoming you all back soon!
