Lucy is incredible. My hair has been my biggest insecurity for so long. Lucy has transformed my life. She is so incredibly neat with her application and never rushes any step of the process. From consultation to installation to follow up, she has been a diamond. Lucy responds to queries quickly and gives the best advice. She recommended a hybrid method which is perfectly tailored to my lifestyle and my hair type. I could not imagine my life now without Lucy’s genius, skill and kindness. I truly feel like I’ve made a friend on top of an exceptional hair extensionist.

Lucy re-fit my hair extensions today and honestly I couldn’t be happier! She was so lovely and chatty from the moment I arrived and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she’s a complete perfectionist! she really took her time to make sure everything was absolutely perfect and the attention to detail was amazing. My hair has genuinely never looked and felt better! I’m obsessed with the results and can’t thank her enough. Would recommend her to anyone and I’ll definitely be back 🤍
