Rio

I have just received my monthly deep tissue massage with Rio to help with glute discomfort. She worked meticulously on my left glute pain, which was so incredibly effective that it triggered a profound emotional release and I cried, but felt so much better and lighter afterwards - I love it when we can let go of stored emotions, as it's so beneficial for our wellbeing. Also, my previous session completely loosened my hips, allowing me to walk my dog much more freely. I have rebooked this massage for next month and I've booked reflexology in a couple of weeks. Love Rio's treatments x

First time seeing Rio as I’m only passing through on holiday, and I’m so glad I booked in. I had a lovely deep tissue massage followed by an Indian head massage, and both were lovely. Rio’s technique was different from what I’m used to, but in such a good way, the pressure was perfect and I left feeling completely relaxed. Being a massage therapist myself, I do have high expectations, and Rio absolutely delivered. Would definitely return if I’m back in the area.
