Really appreciate Olivia’s attention to my hair type and the kindness she had both defusing it and blow drying it to make sure I loved the cut both ways. My hair is a bit difficult so she was an angel for double checking I was happy with it before leaving. She gave me an extra 15 mins. Love the cut and am very happy with my experience thank you so much Olivia xx
