I highly recommend Olga and her husband because they are fully knowledgeable trainer. Their facility is clean, and the workout machines are effective (my favorite is the stairs). My testimony is that I had foot surgery on 03/2021. I was depressed and gain lots of weight. I decided to find a trainer to help me with my journey of healthy eating and strength training. Through google search, I found this place. I am forever thankful because Olga accommodated and prioritized my limitation, but fully able to lose weight. She's kind and understanding.

Olga was great! She is caring and want the best for your fitness goals. It was a very good first impression. I felt comfortable talking to her.
