As a physio that trains regularly, I have a good understanding of what an effective hands-on treatment should feel like. I am also very particular about who I trust with my own body and recovery, and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Michelle. What impressed me most was that there was a clear clinical thought process throughout the treatment and she actually takes the time to understand what you specifically want to get from the session. I would recommend her to runners, gym-goers and anyone involved in regular sport or exercise who wants more than just a generic massage.
