Katia is patient and explains how the process will work, how she selects the vitamins and why. Nothing was uncomfortable including the needle for the port. She warmed up my arm with an heat g pad and used infrared lights. And, no bruise on my arm! Very nice because I have a wedding to attend this weekend. I will have her back soon for more help !!
