Naturopathic Discovery Session
~
Naturopathic nutrition takes a holistic approach to health, looking at the body as a connected whole and exploring what's contributing to how you feel - bringing together nutritional science, lifestyle support and naturopathic principles for concerns from digestion and energy to sleep, hormones and stress.

Every path into naturopathic care begins with a confidential conversation. In thirty unhurried minutes, you and Dorin will talk through what's brought you here, what you'd most like support with, and whether this approach feels right for you - a chance to ask questions and explore which of her personalised programmes may suit you best.

A chance for returning clients to take stock of their health and progress, revisit their priorities, and refresh their nutrition and lifestyle plan for the season ahead.
