Ideal for detox programmes, post-operative care, perimenopausal or menopausal clients experiencing swelling or for general wellbeing. This treatment works best as a structured course of at least six sessions, ideally scheduled weekly for optimal results.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage 

This treatment is fully tailored to your individual needs. It can be performed as a full body sculpting massage or focused on specific areas you would like to target, such as the belly, thighs, hips, or other problem areas.

Using specialised wooden tools and sculpting techniques inspired by lymphatic drainage, the treatment can be customised to concentrate on two or three areas for deeper work. You decide where the focus will be and how the massage is performed, creating a treatment designed specifically for your body goals. 

For the best results, this treatment is recommended as a course of sessions. A series of around 10 treatments is ideal. The first five or six sessions can be performed every day or every second day, followed by a short break, then another five sessions with a day in between each treatment.
