Reflexology is an ancient holistic technique that uses pressure point massage to restore and release the flow of energy throughout the body.

By stimulating the reflex points, your body is encouraged to work as efficiently as it can; it can calm down over-stimulation or stimulate something sluggish. This, in turn, causes the body to begin healing itself and enter a state of equilibrium.

Reflexology helps the skin, digestive system, circulatory system, nervous system, immune system, and the joints.

Personalize your massage by choosing your preferred oil: Apricot, Stone Crop, or Coconut. No additional treatment time required.
