I had such a lovely experience! She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish — so welcoming, friendly and easy to chat with, which made the whole appointment feel really relaxed and enjoyable. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and always checked in throughout to make sure I was happy with how everything was looking. I really appreciated how much care and attention she put into my hair, and I left feeling so happy and confident with the result.
