Nurture, Swedish Massage

Gua Sha is an ancient traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy technique practice using therapeutic stones to restore a youthful glow to the face. 
The results you can expect from the amazing facial are, firming, lifting and tightening of the skin, minimise appearance of pores and puffiness, balance energy centers, release in muscle tension, ultimate relaxation. 
It’s a wonderful practice for most skin conditions, it supports your lymphatic system and calms your nervous system. It releases jaw and neck tension, diminishes wrinkles and sculpts the face, get ready to bring out those cheekbones naturally! If your skin feels dull and needs waking up then this is for you. 

Please note, the1hr facial includes a skin check, cleanse, gentle exfoliation and finishing products but is mainly the Gua sha massage, the 40 min facial does not include an exfoliation. The 85 min really focuses more on problem areas using warm and cool stones and includes a mask if needed . 

GUA SHA GLOW FACIAL 

Reflexology is a type of pressure massage and works specific points on the feet to balance the meridians and release blockages in the body. Deeply relaxing and revitalising this can greatly improve a number of health symptoms and concerns.

A unique and transformative experience. This facial uses advanced massage techniques to deeply work on all the muscles of the face and neck to melt away tension and move lymphatic fluids and bringing fresh oxygenated blood to the tissues. Specific focus is on lifting and sculpting the facial muscles to de puff, contour and smooth any lines. 
One part of this treatment is the Buccal massage, where, using sterile gloves, the inside of the cheeks, jaw and lips are massaged to treat the lower half the face, lifting “jowls” and de congesting this entire area. 
This treatment is perfect for those who grind their teeth, TMJ, headaches, loss of elasticity and those wishing to improve their facial posture. 

This treatment is a facial but the main focus is on massage techniques. Always included is the skin prep and finish using ISUN organic products. In the 80m facial, a mask according to your skin type will also be applied.

For the mama to be, a deeply relaxing treatment for pregnancy from 13 weeks. Swedish massage techniques are used with you laying however you feel most comfortable, later in the pregnancy we massage with you on your side with only a short time on your back if it’s comfortable. Arms, back, legs, neck and scalp are massages easing away knots and tension and preparing your for labour. No essential oils are used in this treatment. As always please let me know any symptoms you may be experiencing which will help me tailor the massage to you. Add on from the enhancements for extra time. 

Nurture Mama 

This wonderfully stress relieving massage unlocks tension in the head, neck, shoulders and upper back using Indian techniques and warm plant oils to nourish the hair and scalp.

Indian Head Massage

A full body massage with very gentle pressure to stimulate the flow of lymph and increase the body's ability to dispose of toxins. Improves areas of water retention.

Transient ~ mini facial 

Cupping involves placing silicone cups on the skin to create suction. It helps to draw out impurities from skin tissues and drains them into the lymph nodes where bacteria, viruses and other harmful microorganisms are destroyed. Cupping pulls the skin away from deeper layers of skin tissue, resulting in an inflammatory response. This response stimulates healing and regeneration.

FACIAL CUPPING

In our 90 min treatments a variation of the same treatment is applied to hands and forearms for skin renewal. This deeply relaxing treatment uses Eshin oil by ISUN, this concentrated formulation features Bhringraj and Brahmi which revive all hair types and nourishes the scalp.  Gotu kola promotes circulation and elasticity while alma and rosemary are packed with vitamins and improve cellular turnover and natural luster. 
This oil will be poured over the head and then gentle massage techniques are performed as well as Gua Sha all over the scalp, face and neck to release all tension and stimulate blood flow. Amazing if you suffer with headaches/ face/ neck tension. Daisy recommends that the oil is left on for a minimum of an hour after the treatment before washing out to get the maximum benefits.

Recover from active adventures that leave your body feeling sore or achy with an anti- inflammatory herb and essential oil muscle melting massage with healing hands. Your body is lavishly anointed with our CBD Recovery Oil steeped with arnica, boswellia, blue tansy and more tissue calming herbs, and deep penetrating aromatic oils.  As you relax after your massage allowing the oils to absorb, you receive a mini facial with a soothing, cooling coconut-based balm and calming hydrating face mask. We suggest that you refrain from bathing after your treatment while the healing oil continues to support your body recovery with ease.

CBD Herbal - Body Massage & Mini Facial

This relaxing back treatment deeply cleanses and detoxifies the skin. Using an aromatic alpine creamy cleanser, the back is prepared for an invigorating, refining exfoliation with Rhassoul clay and fine silica crystals (Rhassoul-Crystal). Soothing hot towels are used to remove excess exfoliant before the skin is treated with a calming mist and the application of a balancing mask.
