A combination of Sports Therapy and Remedial massage is the perfect mix of biomechanics & soft tissue therapy to reduce pain, ease tense muscles, promote healing and get you moving again after injuries. 

During the appointment you'll receive an assessment, consultation and the treatment. We will also discuss a treatment plan moving forward which can incorporate strengthening exercises and mobility.
