Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage to full body.

Massage time - 50 minutes.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a very light pressure massage which helps with water retention, bloating & swelling.

During this massage we have to simulate lymph nodes near your neck, arm pits, groin and the back of your legs.

You will be covered with a towel throughout the treatment.

Wear underwear you aren't too bothered about as we use oil & wouldn't want it to get ruined.

You must drink 2-3 litres of water on the day of treatment & for at least 2-3 days after.

Lymphatic drainage massage - Full body

We are post op specialists - so you will be in good hands.

We cover all surgery types.

Post op massages should start 3-7 days post op.

These massages are not painful.

We have a medical professional on hand to remove drains/drain seroma if needed (this is an additional cost)

We can also advise on garments, scar care, wound care & general surgery questions/worries.

During this massage we have to simulate lymph nodes near your neck, arm pits & groin.

We book out 1 hour 15 minutes for this service however massage time is an hour. 
We like to check garments, answer questions and sometimes mobility can be slower after surgery so we allow extra time for this.

Massage time - 40 minutes.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a very light pressure massage which helps with water retention, bloating & swelling.

During this massage we have to simulate lymph nodes near your neck, arm pits & groin.

You will be covered with a towel throughout the treatment.

Wear underwear you aren't too bothered about as we use oil & wouldn't want it to get ruined.

Lymphatic drainage massage - Stomach, back & sides

Lymphatic drainage massage to full body plus brazilain sculpting to stomach, back and sides.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a very light pressure massage which helps with water retention, bloating & swelling.

Brazilian sculpting is more intense massage strokes used to contour & shape.

During this massage we have to simulate lymph nodes near your neck, arm pits & groin.

You will be covered with a towel throughout the treatment.

Wear underwear you aren't too bothered about as we use oil & wouldn't want it to get ruined.

You must drink 2-3 litres of water on the day of treatment & for at least 2-3 days after.

Treatment time is 65 minutes. 

Lymphatic drainage massage - Full body with Brazilian Sculpting to stomach, back & sides

Lymphatic drainage massage is totally safe during pregnancy, we are able to cover the full body if you would like however are happy to focus on areas you may be struggling with. 

We will always ensure you are comfortable during treatment with us. We can use cushions and stools if laying down on your stomach / back doesn’t work for you.

Massage time - 35 minutes.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a very light pressure massage which helps with water retention, bloating & swelling.

During this massage we have to simulate lymph nodes near your groin.

You will asked to remove your top for this treatment as we drain to the armpit area.

We use small wooden tools to sculpt and tone the face, followed by lymphatic drainage massage to the face, under chin & neck.

You will asked to remove your top for this treatment as we drain to the armpit area.
