This work is deeply personal, first felt through my mother and other teachers, and deepened over many years of devotion and relationship. I work in connection with my guides and the natural world to support meaningful change and reconnection to your true self.

Energy Healing - 1 hour

Energy Healing

Receive a nurturing and relaxing massage or skilled targeted treatment, the choice is yours. I tailor the massage to your needs which focus on specific areas, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. My warm and private therapy room, complete with heated blanket is a lovely place to relax. Snuggle under heavy cotton towels with bolsters supporting your knees and lower back. My own special blend of natural massage oils will nourish your skin and leave you feeling renewed

Relaxation Massage - 90 mins

Experience the blissful relaxation and grounding of hot stone massage, where tension gently melts away. Smooth, heated basalt stones are placed on the body and used in flowing strokes to relax and open the muscles - one stroke with a stone is said to equal five to ten with the hand alone, offering profound relief.

This treatment can be tailored to your needs, working deeply into the muscles or offering gentle, soothing comfort. It’s a deeply grounding experience that supports both physical and energetic release.

Please note: Hot stone massage is not suitable during pregnancy or for those with high blood pressure or heart conditions. If you're unsure, it's best to check with your GP before booking.

Hot Stone Massage - 90 mins

A deeply transformative massage combining intuitive touch, energy work and holistic care. Each session is unique and guided by your intention and openness to healing. 

Expect a calming check-in with a magnesium foot soak, followed by massage using natural oils and CBD creams. Optional hot stones and crystals are included at no extra cost. You may experience warmth, tingling or emotional release as energy shifts and circulation improves. 

Benefits may include:

Aftercare: 
Rest, hydrate and avoid alcohol or strenuous activity. Grounding practices like barefoot walks, yoga or epsom salt baths are recommended. I recommend new clients schedule a follow-up appointment within at least one month to receive the most benefit.

Signature Healing Massage Treatment 

Experience deep relaxation and gentle support during this sacred time. Offered with the utmost care by a specially trained and experienced therapist, this nurturing massage brings beautiful benefits for both mum and baby.

Held in a cosy sanctuary of blankets and bolsters, your session includes a warm footbath and guided meditation - a soothing journey of rest, connection, and rejuvenation.

This treatment is available from 14 weeks onwards. Please check with your midwife or GP beforehand to ensure massage is suitable for your pregnancy.
