I use carrier and essential oils with deep tissue massage to assist muscle healing. Some basic lymphatic drainage techniques are used in combination with elbow work, stretches, and joint play.

You will begin with 15m infrared therapy followed by the 1 hour massage. After the massage, you will have another 15m of infrared therapy.

Recommended for adults or those familiar to infrared therapy.
