Reflexology is a focused pressure technique which stimulates nerve endings in the feet and hands which correspond to all parts of the body – such as glands, organs, muscles and systems.  When the nerve reflexes are stimulated, the body sends electrical messages along the nervous system and any blockages which were interfering with the body’s natural energetic flow are then cleared.  Through the application of pressure a state of deep relaxations and homeostasis (optimal balance of the body’s biochemical system) can be achieved.  Reflexology is especially useful in treating neuropathy, circulation issues, hormonal and digestive issues, stress, insomnia, anxiety and musculoskeletal pain to name a few. During a session, hands are placed either on or above the fully clothed client and energy flowes through the energy channels of the body to clear out blockages – areas where negative thoughts and feelings are contained in forms of stress, anxiety, physical pain, confusions, etc and to promote clear and clean energy pathways. You will be floating after this session. Onsite services available, please inquire. 

Energy Healing

Many cultures recognize that spaces hold energy and they perform rituals such as burning incense or smudge sticks, sprinkling water, and salt or ringing bells to cleanse and bless as space.  What they are doing is clearing stagnant energy in the space which is an accumulation of events, emotions, people, and activities that have taken place in the space that way they can have a fresh start and create a more harmonious and peaceful place.  Over time, if there is an accumulation of stagnant energy, it can even interfere with our life by preventing us from reaching our full potential by holding past issues, emotions, and old patterns that no longer serve us.  Essentially, you just feel stuck.  Space clearings can be done in the home, office, or any place where you commune with your loved ones.

**Rate based on 1 hr clearing. An additional fee of $50 per additional half-hour contingent on the size of space.
