All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your final balance. Should you need to reschedule your appointment 48 hrs notice is required, if booking is cancelled after this time, your deposit will be lost Appointments cancelled within the timeframes below will occur a charge 48hrs or more - No charge 48-24hrs- 25% 24hrs or less -50%, no show 100%. New clients must complete a mandatory patch test 48 hours prior to any color service,chemical services and lash appointments—no exceptions will be made.
