Hi, my name is Jazz Munro. As a practitioner of Māori healing, I bring together the ancient wisdom of Mirimiri & Rōmiromi. Both share a common foundation in Māori cultural beliefs and practices. They both emphasize the importance of connecting with the body's energy, honoring ancestral knowledge, & promoting holistic well-being. However, they differ in their intensity and focus.Mirimiri is generally gentler & more focused on relaxation and rejuvenation, while Romiromi is more intense & aims to release deep-seated trauma and restore balance.
