The service was excellent, and the lady who did the Moroccan bath was very professional and lovely. However, the room was very unhygienic. The Moroccan bath bed was plastic instead of marble or ceramic, which may collect bacteria, and cleaning supplies were stored inside the room. Also, the steam machine was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to explode, which made me feel unsafe. The treatment itself was great, but the room, hygiene, and equipment definitely need improvement.
