Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $2,000 late fee. Appointments may be canceled if lateness affects the schedule.

Please attend your appointment alone. A $3,000 fee will be applied if you arrive with an extra guest.

✨Lash Retention & Touch Up Policy
Lash retention varies from client to client based on natural lash growth, aftercare, lifestyle, and other external factors. If you experience excessive shedding or have any concerns regarding your lash extensions, you must contact us within 72 hours of your appointment, including clear photos of your lashes.
