Sylwia has amazing intuition finding the stuck or gripping fascia and which points to work on to allow release. Often she would be feeling across a muscle group and I would think, oh there feels different, and a second later she would stop and identify that this was a point of restriction. She was caring and communicative, checking often about pressure and pain levels. Her reflexology session is the true form, identifying areas of the body out of alignment or in distress via points on the sole of the foot. Will definitely be going back next time I am in Dublin

First session with Sylvia. I had the Myofacial release massage, Sylvia was really informative about what she was doing, I felt safe and calm in her hands. I had been wanting to try this for the last couple of years. It was unusual sensations in comparison to regular massage but I felt like a new person the next day, so much lighter in my mood and body. It felt unusual but I really noticed releases in ways I'm not sure regular massage has done. I will be booking again ☀️☀️

Thank you for being so open, patient and trusting, because I have to say, it’s not always comfortable. It can sometimes be emotionally intense and at times a little painful, but it can bring a much deeper sense of relief. Thank you so much again, Sarah. ❤️

Sylvia is excellent. I came to her for issues with the right side of my face after a car accident I was in years ago caused tension and prevented me sleeping well. She released so much tension from my face neck and shoulder I honestly don’t recognise my face it feels so much more relaxed and it’s becoming more symmetrical. She is superb . I’m coming back in a few weeks for more.
