I’ve seen Lyndsay several times now for different gym-related injuries, muscle tightness and strains, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! She is extremely knowledgeable and educated in therapies and the body, and her treatments are very hands-on and targeted. She really takes the time to work out what is causing the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. The results have been fantastic, and every time I’ve only needed one or two treatments to get things back on track. If you’re active, train regularly, or are dealing with muscle tightness or an injury.
