He explained every step of the process clearly, which really helped put me at ease. He was also lovely and chatty, making the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. I honestly can’t recommend William enough. From the second I walked in, the whole experience felt calming, welcoming and luxurious. It wasn’t just the facial itself although my skin genuinely looks unbelievable today, it was William’s energy, the atmosphere, the clinic and the care throughout the entire process. You can tell so much thought and passion goes into what he does. I left feeling amazing both inside and out and I already can’t wait to come back. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time.
