Have been renting rooms and working with naturopaths, chiropractors, Chinese Medicine Practitioners/ Acupuncture Physicians for many years, and gleaned a LOT of knowledge about how to live well, rest and sleep well, avoid disease/prevention, longevity living/age reversal. Harmony massage is everything I wanted in a massage studio/clinic. It's staff is super friendly (their receptionist is awesome), the waiting area is super cute and showcases local arts and crafts for sale & they have an infrared sauna that's really peaceful. It's a tranquil environment that helps you escape the stresses of day to day life. They also offer water and assortments of teas. Their masseuse, Wendy, is incredible at her craft. Highly recommend anyone new to consider going here to relax and alleviate any pain they may have. I went in for back and neck pain and came out a new person.
