Calming, patient, understanding & competent. Clean, modern premises situated in quiet area with free parking. Confusion caused due to lag in pre-appt communication via voice mail/ auto messages. Service charge on Fresha card payments 10%

Had the best experience at Defined Cosmetics! I got a HydraFacial and my skin is literally glowing 😍 It feels so fresh, hydrated and smooth. The girls were so lovely and made the whole experience so nice.
