Five stars for Sisa, she was thorough and followed my requests to the tee. 👌 My nails are gorgeous and I love them. The front desk can improve on the coordination of the appointment. I arrived five minutes early for my appointment and there seemed to be some confusion or disorganisation regarding which technician would be doing my service, and this resulted in me just sitting and waiting for the service to start, I had to go back to the front to find out what was happening and it seemed like they had forgotten that they had seated me. I didn’t like that.
