Sinead is absolutely lovely, professional, and knowledgeable at what she does. From my very first visit, she made me feel comfortable and reassured. She takes the time to understand your skin concerns, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about helping you achieve the best results. I went in for my first ever microneedling session feeling genuinely nervous, and Sinead made the whole experience so comforting. She was kind, patient and reassuring from start to finish, explaining each step and checking in on me throughout so I never felt rushed or anxious.
