I’ve been doing my hair with TRS for a while now and they never disappoint when it comes to my hair. This appointment was no exception. Sennia exceeded my expectations when she braided my boho bob yesterday, also the service from the whole team is so pleasant, I always keep going back every month.

I love the stylus that did my twist

The braider Sennia, was lovely and did a great job, however it seems when it came to the payment the admin lady was not sure of their own combo prices and almost priced me more than I should have paid. Eventually it worked out in the end and they finally got to the correct pricing as agreed upon prior to the braiding. The braider herself was great and followed instructions well, I love my hair, just the payment dispute with the admin lady was quite frustrating.

Had a pleasant experience with Sennia. She braided my hair really well(Long Island twists), and she was so kind. I also loved that I made a small change regarding the parting of my front hair and she was more than happy to do that. She is amazing.
