Sarah was super helpful, understood what I wanted and clearly described how she was going to approach the cut. Most important to me, she made me feel really safe (I have a neck problem which can be tricky to work with), wonderfully relaxed and I really enjoyed chatting as we went along. Super happy with the outcome and will be booking in again for future cuts. Thank you so much!!
