Richard was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed my injury very quickly (it wasn't what I had self diagnosed with Google). He gave great advice and I would highly recommend him.

Richard is superb. He takes time to examine and pinpoint the issue, then works the necessary areas and talks you through the treatment he is delivering. Everything made sense and has left me more confident to continue to treat the injury through guided rehab provided by Richard. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
