Beyond her personality, this woman KNOWS HER CRAFT. She is board-certified, highly knowledgeable & takes her work seriously. She didn't just wax me; she educated me. She explained the process, what she was doing, why certain things were done a particular way, what to expect afterwards, & how to properly care for my skin. Otu is the person I would recommend to anyone who is nervous about getting waxed for the first time.
