Nataliya is a personable individual with an excellent attitude. I found her intuitive, professional and knowledgeable. When you speak to Nataliya she really listens, using eye contact and responding appropriately. This can’t be taken for granted as it’s far from always the case. My treatment exceeded my expectations.
