Nana was lovely and professional. I’m really happy with my haircut and absolutely love how it turned out. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was a wonderful experience. It was my first time in this salon. The quality of the massage and hair products were excellent. I would book 15 minutes longer next time. It was brilliant!

2nd time visiting Hayato, makes me feel back in Japan dispite being on the other side of the world. Great professional service, excellent haircut and treatment from stylist. Tip always given.

I’m so impressed with my hair! Thanks to Nana’s expertise with digital perms, I absolutely love how it turned out. I showed her a picture of a previous digital perm I wanted to recreate, and she nailed it. The extra layers she added were a fantastic touch. I'll definitely be back!

Lovely experience from start to finish. The haircut was great and the Japanese head spa was such an experience, relaxing and something a little different. Everything was done with care and attention and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and very happy with my hair.
