Monica was absolutely lovely! She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. It was so refreshing to feel genuinely heard and know I was in such knowledgeable hands. She understood exactly what I had in mind, and I left feeling so happy with my hair.
